Returns & Exchanges

 

Alison Ivy is happy to offer free returns on all items.

 

Am I eligible for a return?

We hope our product and service goes beyond your expectations however we do understand this cannot happen all the time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcomed to return your item/s to us within 10 days of the purchase date. Your item/s must be unworn, in the original condition and with the original packaging. 

 

How do I lodge a return?

To request a return please contact hello@alisonivy.com where one of our lovely staff will be happy to assist you. We will then get back to you with your shipping label for you to print out and stick onto your package. You may then drop off your package at your local post office

 

Refunds

Once we have received your package and processed your return, if it is accepted you will be notified via email and issued a full refund to your original payment method. 

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange your item for a different colour or size we recommend lodging a return and then making a separate order once your return has been processed.
